Garden Grove Adult Day Health Care Center is Hiring a Registered Nurse Near Garden Grove, CA
** Permanent Resident Sponsorship (Green card) is available! **
- Coordinate, administer, and supervise the provision of all nursing and personal care services to program participants at ADHC;
- Conduct all nursing assessments, monitor health problems of center participants, and create nursing care plans;
- Provide health education and counseling to program participants and their families, conduct health related training to ADHC staff and volunteers, and serve as nursing consultant;
- Refer program participants to appropriate healthcare providers in the community and serve as a liaison with organizations in the community;
- Serve as a key member of the Multidisciplinary Team that provides: Professional Nursing, Social Services, Therapeutic Activities, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Mental Health, and Dietary services to program participants.
- Bilingual English/ Korean (Preferred)
- Previous experience in Adult Day Health Care center
- Good computer skill is a good plus
- Valid CA Nursing License
- Associate Degree in Nurse
- New Graduation Welcome
